In a culture obsessed with what’s next, we created The Future Classic Club to celebrate the people, objects and ideas built to last. Lexus partnered with AMBUSH, the Tokyo-born fashion label founded by Yoon Ahn and VERBAL, whose mix of Japanese craft, street culture and progressive design made them the perfect creative partner. Together, we created a limited clothing collection inspired by the Lexus IS and launched the club with a cinematic film shot in Tokyo, moving between the early 2000s and today to show how true originals can transcend their moment and become future classics.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Future Classics, Ready to Wear.

 We didn’t want to make merch. We wanted to make future classics. Designed by AMBUSH under the creative direction of Yoon Ahn, the limited collection takes details from the Lexus IS and reimagines them through fashion, from structured leather and quilted interiors to chrome hardware and graphic tees. The Future Classic Club Comes to NY

 To launch The Future Classic Club, we partnered with PAPER to throw an after-hours office party during New York Fashion Week, bringing together the next generation of fashion, music and culture. Lexus IS cars and the AMBUSH collection transformed the space, Anderson .Paak took over the decks as DJ Pee .Wee, Rei Ami made her live DJ debut and Ty Dolla $ign closed it out.
